About us
What is our added value?
Equal discussion
In many cases, our clients have had to endure difficult problems without a possibility to discuss their situation. Employees are usually guided by their managers, friends cannot often relate and home is not the best place to bring work problems to. The absence of a constructive conversation is a major setback in a business's potential to grow and it is what we focus on eliminating. We are not averse to holding up a mirror to our clients, openly discuss in detail, and ask (even if uncomfortable) questions. We are happy to revise all preconditions that led up to setting up
the original assignment or chosen direction. Instead of selling a company, you might find yourself restructuring your business. You might even be buying another company if it makes sense for you and your situation.
High-quality management
The projects that we choose to work on have typically unusual agendas and require complex solutions and decision-making. In many cases, internal human resources do not have enough experience, capacity, or expertise to tackle the given problem. In these situations, we step in as managers and leaders to find the right direction. We often seek guidance from external specialists and cooperate with them for the best outcome. Our role is to have the situation fully in our hands and therefore avoid miscommunications and organizational mishaps. We will ensure that all participants possess the comprehensive (and identical) information necessary to make qualified decisions. Lastly, we precisely monitor and follow the schedule.
Expertise
While we search for the correct solution, plenty of questions come up which need answers. What should the purchase price be? How should it be defined in the contract? Are the circumstances in the due diligence process justified? How should they be portrayed in terms and conditions of
the transaction? How to consider the discrepancy between the perception of the transaction value by the parties? Thanks to our experience, we can answer all of these and more questions in no time.
Smooth process
You are not alone. Business deals and negotiations are difficult subjects, which can lead to a conflict between the parties involved. Differences or disagreements can arise in matters of business proposals, the possibility of not completing transactions – anything can happen during
the process. It is necessary to protect the relationship between the investor and seller, therefore
the negative outcomes will be delivered through us. This applies to the time after finishing
the transaction as well.
Appropriate strategy
If the project is based on a general plan and goal, it is necessary to think through possible scenarios, risks and consider other possible options and approaches to the solution. Together, we will create
a strategy that leads to success. If there is a pre-existing strategy, we would like to be aware of it and possibly discuss it with you.
Understandable information
It is our mission to ensure you make decisions based on a precise understanding of the individual parameters of the business agreement. The counterparty is often a large international corporation with managers who are experienced in transactions. Commonly, they use difficult internationally established terminology. Our job is to explain the possible pitfalls of all terms and parameters – e.g. in the price offer for your company's stocks. We will ensure that no information will get lost in translation.
Networking
The business environment is our home turf. We pride ourselves in having good relations with important individuals across all fields. If we identify interesting synergies, we will be happy to connect you. We will help you come up with common topics, negotiate mutually beneficial conditions and set technical parameters of cooperation.
